Former interns who performed internships at Viacom Inc., MTV Networks Music Production Inc., MTV Networks Enterprises, Inc and/or related companies (“Viacom/MTV”) have a pending lawsuit alleging these companies unlawfully failed to pay them wages. As a result, many of the interns will be receiving court-approved notice and will have the ability to join in the action.
